To mark Fair Trade Fortnight (25 February to 9 March) fresh ground coffee will be served after the service on 9 March. All the tea and coffee we serve in church is fairly traded but usually we settle for a good quality instant brew. I wonder if we'll ever be able to go back. Our baristas Gill and Penny may be able to cope with your order for a tall skinny latte but I can't promise.
Thankfully, fairly traded goods are now available in most shops at reasonable prices. We can shop in ways that promote trade justice all year, not just on these two weeks.
