At this morning's service I mentioned that for some weeks I have been thinking about gathering some materials in preparation for an event or short course to help us reflect on Death and Dying from a Christian Perspective.I was pretty overwhelmed with the response and it seems this is a significant issue for many of us, at a time when our culture has inadequate ways of discussing, dealing with and preparing for the end of a life.
Those who approached me today will be invited to share insights and, most importantly, the questions and issues which a short course or event could address. Expect to hear more in the coming weeks.
